I’m drinking lots of water, counting calories, exercising twice a week and three days ago I started the thrive challenge. So far with thrive I have lost about 1lbs a day! It isn’t for everyone but I have so much weight to loose that it gives me that edge to get down to a weight I think I might be able to maintain one day my problem is getting off the fat fat.
