I really had a great week. Went on several day trips with my husband. Went to my exercise classes. Yoga and walks on alternate days. Solved a sticky financial problem to benefit my family. I was so proud of this. Meditated everyday. This is silly...but I am actually impressing myself! Not too full of myself! :>) LOL

Didn't see this journal entry! And it's a fabulous one. This is what I talked about in a past journal entry. Deciding to lose weight and taking control of your eating just ripples out to many areas of your life. You are doing walks, Yoga, meditating - all helpful in handling stress, you're losing weight, staying positive and trying new things. AND you solved the financial problem that I could tell had you worried. Full of yourself? Well, you deserve to be!

:) My solution is to always assume it's a gift not a loan. Much happier sine I started that.
