Okay so I am going to go with this scale. I think this way it will motivate me more to lose extra!! I have a digital one that's reading 147.2 and the other at 144lbs. So I went ahead and went with the higher one. Which this scale happens to be new. I also weighed in this morning fisrt thing! I knew I had slipped a little. Even thoug I was under my RDI I didnt eat so well. I am also working out so IDK.. I know I will get to my goal weight soon!! :)

My scale only goes by the half pound. If mine measured every .10 I would go batty! I have a scale that isn't digital but I don't use it because I can tilt my body and weigh more or less depending on how I am standing. The digital scale on a hard floor is always good. AND we don't really care what we weigh , 147 or 144, we just need to know what our baseline is and if we are losing. Consistancy. When ever I get on the scale at the doctors office I am more, but I just blow that off :-)

I recently noticed that too!! I went to the gym and the scale there read 3lbs more. I also took into consideration that it was late in the evening too!
