I held myself accountable last week. Even after a horrible day mid-week, I was responsible, logged it all, and watched my intake the rest of the week. It makes me feel good to know that you really CAN eat what you want one day every now and then and still lose weight. My self-control is growing stronger :)

It really is true. I live by the 80/20 rule; eat healthy 80% of the time and the other 20% of the time you can have the not so healthy stuff. I think the key is controlling black and white thinking; "I already blew it, what is the use, I might as eat whatever I want." That is what has gotten me into trouble in the past. Persistence!
