Well today is the day....I am officially starting the Detox Phase! I am so ready and so excited to get this done! Hopefully it will work!!! I haven't weighed in yet, so I am just using the weight I was last week as my starting weight...I am sure it is close!
Meals for the day: Breakfast~2 Egg Whites and a banana Snack~smoothie, made enough last night for the whole week, consists of frozen berries, peaches, 1/2 banana, fat free vanilla yogurt and ice~freeze in a plastic cup about 16oz. Lunch~small veggie salad Snack~apple Dinner~beans and lettuce over brown rice...... So far today I have had 32 oz of water and am starting on me 2nd bottle!
