Help the weights not coming off I work out 1.5 hours aday

Working out is good, but it's less than 20% of weight loss programs. You might want to change up your food plan, and find something that works better for you. The only plan I've ever had any success with is some form of low carb. Maybe give that a try?

What are you doing for your daily workout? 1.5 hours a day is excellent. I looked at your food diary. In my opinion you should probably start eating more whole foods and less processed stuff out of boxes, bags, etc. Rethink your diet.
