I'm up a pound but I know it's muscle gain!!! I was able to do my handstand pushups with only one mat today, AND 15 banded bar muscle ups WITHOUT FAILING A SINGLE ONE!!! I was super strong on the row today as well. I FEEL LIKE A MONSTER!!! YEAH!
I changed it up a bit - took Keto O/S an hour before my workout rather than 1/2 hour. I think this is a game changer. Today might be a fine progress picture day.
