I have measured, and weigh out everything that I have ate that has had a calorie in it, past 2 days I have stay in line,yesterday when I totaled everything . At allowing my self 1500 calories for a daily total, I had a 180 calories that I didn't use, being a diabetic I also count carbs, allowing my self a daily total of 200, I had 63 that I didn't use. And haven't been hungry at all.
