Ate veggies all day - slipped up on lunch break and had more food than i planned as i had a big stomach ache. made 2 pittas with chickpeas and chillies in olive oil... my fat was high att 33.1% so not touching that chilli in oil again... I really have to go low fat to get this fat down. Today exercised Zumba super cardio and will go for a walk tonight. I should start going to gym again.
