Yay for me 8 days without a soft drink. This is hard for me as diet Mtn. Dew was my vice. Also one week of cutting my beef down to one time a week. I has been water with lemon or lime and tea.
270.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Quitting soda will do the most for your health! Congrats!

Giving up the soda is definitely difficult. When I get the hankering for carbonated bevs, I pick up a Pellegrino or Perrier. All the bubbles, some of the bitters and NONE of the chemicals.
