Hang in there Sister ! 😘 

Yup!🥴 

That's gotta be discouraging. But the 11 months will take the same amount of time to pass whether you eat healthily or if you don't. This is a perfect opportunity to get closer to your goal and improve your chances of a successful outcome after your surgery. You can do this! ❤️ 

I know right, I have a 3 year wait for a pain clinic 🥴 

I am also having big painful knee problems. I know my weight probably ruined them so trying to lose 30 lbs and get a requisition to a knee specialist. 

Sorry to hear about the long wait, it's the same here in Alberta. I was on a wait list of a year for spinal surgery and I hear knees and hips are just as long, if not longer. If possible get yourself on the cancelation list, thats what I did here and managed to get in a few months faster, if I hadn't I would probably still be waiting for it. Good luck.-
