don't get discouraged, don't forget, this is your first diet and your last! Your body is just adjusting to the changes in the way you are eating! how did your measurements go?

i am not discouraged just need to push harder and concentrate more. i want to get an eliptical trainer but mom wont allow me as she says we dont have the room to get one:( not sure on measurements yet. mom helps me with them at night - i can never do it correctly. i do know that my left side is an inch bigger than my right side. how weird!

Just stick on those takkies and take a walk! It's cheaper than an eliptical trainer anyway! I've got that walker/step thing that I now use and it's great... going to woolworths this weekend to buy something that I saw on telly, they aren't too expensive, so if I have enough money, I'll get you one too! It works on the resistance of your own body and is just a strap that straps over your feet..!
