Post-training session at the gym. Gained 1.5 pds water but lost fat %. So close to 160!! Can't wait
Hope everyone is doing well with their progressions!
162.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
