Take it very slow. 😊 It helps to remember that this is a journey that really has no end. That would be my 2 cents. You are building a new you!

If you are new to exercising, I would start with walking 3 times per week. Increase the distance as you get stronger. Gardening is also a good starter exercise.

Hi try working your arms it help raise your heart rate up without injury your body. Work slowly up to more just walking and moving arms can help my other big things that I do is every time I go into the restroom I exercise 10 squats, 10 push-ups off the sink or the wall run in place just something that’s get your body moving and getting used to moving. I take all my change out of my purse. I put it in a jar and for every time I exercise I put a quarter in my piggy bank it adds up. It’s a good reward and it shows you your piggy banks filling up so you’re moving more. Best of luck, and we’re here to help and encourage you along your journey!🦋

What could help burn more fat and lose weight is cutting out carbohydrates like bread, rice, oatmeal. Unless you’re going to push it hard while working out because carbohydrates fill you up with water. Also if you have less carbs your body will be forced to use fat for energy. Carbs are our body’s preferred energy source, so as long as they’re available our body will burn it before fat. Then also if we eat a lot of carbs, our body will turn it into fat to store. Carbs are great for intense workouts.
