fat 40.8% hehe said I will not take wheat to boost my weight loss and when I get to work I found 2 slices of brown bread begging to be toasted. today I prepared a green juice for breakfast, blueberries and banana mousse soon after, kelp and cucumber as a snack, broccoli and peas with hummus for lunch. pear for snack and for dinner I have boiled potato with spinach, 2 artichoke hearts, half a fresh goats cheese and parsley sprinkled over. today I picked up the accordion and practiced . had to start from the beginning as I was very rusty. learning to play the Irish Donegal Mazurka from ytube. felt challenged😍 trying out the Lifesum app today for the first time.

Well done on such healthy eating! My friend plays accordion, it is not easy, he plays alongside a famous Scottish player called Ali McBlain...I love to hear him practise, go you for learning a new tune. I used to use the Lifesum app, loved it for shopping and using the barcodes
