You are doing great by walking. Have you ever tried mall walking. It's indoors and you and your friends can get their early long before the stores open and do your walk. (This way you can visiualize all of the clothing you will be able to wear when you reach your goal weight. Remember no shopping just walking. This is what a lot people do here when the weather turns bad. Indoors safe, warm, and dry.)
The second thing I wanted to mention to you always think of positive things when some tells you that they have something to tell you. Stop calling in the negative talk we do to much of that already. Shake of the fear factor and replace those thoughts with a happy thought and move forward without fear. I am sending you love and light my sister.
