I can always tell when I gain weight. Even if it's like 2 pounds. I knew I did this time and it makes sense because I have been eating terrible and had no time to exercise because of work. I feel a little more motivated now after seeing that number on the scale. So I am going to start waking up early to get a workout in before work.
