Slowly but surely gaining back weight. Body is sore from resistance training, but stretching it out. Increased my macros intake across the board: Doubled my protein, Doubled my carbs, and Doubled my fats. Still drinking my usual gallon (128 ozs.) of water per day though - sometimes a bit more just depends. On monday, a small patch of skin on both my elbows rubbed off from my doing so many press planks on my mat. I'm using large bandaids on my elbows now to power through these new workouts I'm doing. They're intense. Feeling very good this morning overall. Now, I'm going to do another 10 minutes of meditation before I get the rest of my day started. #Peace&Love :D
