fat 41.5% today invested in yet another meal plan, the Reverse plan. it's 3 meals a day + snack (smoothie or chia pudding). the meals are very easy to put together 😃. fed up of yo-yo weight. 20 mins exercise +. what I was doing so walking and figure 8. it's got a tracker, shopping list, water tracker and exercise tracker. will try it for 12 weeks and see if I can stick to it. what I love really is that it gives me my meal plan as vegetarian, no mention of meats fish etc which usually puts me off.
