Had a fun night at quiz night lastnight we actually came second, there were only 4 teams though so not too many to beat. Had a nice little G&T too. Sun is shinning birds are singing. Soup dinners today.
139.1 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
