I started counting calories 6months ago today. And really thought I would have lost more by now.. But I did get off track a few times and had a few set backs. But I am ok with that and won’t dwell. I have lost this weight so far without exercise so hopefully in the summer I can get some more walking and swimming in and lose a faster and stay on track. I want to hit under 200 by May and hopefully by October be 150-160.
216.9 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree. Be Proud! That is an amazing accomplishment in only 6 month. What you are doing is obviously working. You're learning how to live a healthy life. There will be stumbles, life happens. You've got this!
