What a surprise weigh in this morning! Yesterday I was determined to sohake off the 59.7kg which stayed with me since Monday so i dropped the sweetened almond milk and had cabbage and cauliflower and these veggies worked amazingly well! So pleased :) so hoping to keep at this for a while, though i think i overate today - crappy day, thank goodness it's over!
