Nice to see a good outcome for the week. Needed to gear down my calorie intake and up the exercise due to events coming up for the next few months. The thought process is to enjoy family and friend times and be super mindful when I'm alone. Striving to be in the just overweight class, not the "ones that shall not be named" classes! 😊🤣

I thank you all for your support and comments. The FS family has really helped on this weight loss hike. The ups, downs, plateaus plus frustrations are all part of this journey but a great support group makes it so much easier. Thanks again!!
