Ugh this week weight loss wasn’t great but a loss is still a loss, Right!! Looking back over the week it was 2lbs. So not bad. Slow and steady is fine
238.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
