Not a terrible week but not a great week either. My sister is visiting from the UK for the first time in a year and 9 months and although I went to the gym 5 days this week I have been using her visit as an excuse to make some poor food choices. I can and will do better this week.

You’ve still lost weight though. An amazing job in the circumstances. Enjoy your sister‘s visit! Your lasting memories of this week won’t include, “I didn’t lose enough weight.” Just do the best you can. The “new” weight, if there is any, won’t last long. 💕
