Idk what to make of this, y'all. I -hope- it's muscle, because if I'm gaining while working out and eating 1400Cal then I'm at a loss.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep, muscles. Worry less about the number on the scale now that you're lifting.
