No idea what my calorie or macro counts were yesterday, but my weight dropped a bit. I had a big steak, small corn cob harvested from our garden, salad, and homemade ice cream. Actually, not too different from what I usually eat, but I didn’t eat the apparently really good birthday cake I made. Too full😳
229.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
