Water retention, I worked too hard Monday and and sat too much Tuesday. I can tell the fatigue is getting better since I was able to do too much Monday. I was in overdrive 😂
231.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 76.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
