💔Need to start dealing with stress at work and not include food :( (been going for a walk after work for the past 2 days now)
....
There are moments when I feel good about myself and ready to go ahead, but sometimes, when everything seems like going down the hill, I give up 🚫 I can’t justify my eating and snacking... all I can do now is apologise 🙏🏼 to myself and my body and keep trying until I finally find the strength to stay on the right path towards weight loss and healthy life. 🥲

It happens! And not only to you, you can’t just feeling wonderful and keep going without difficulties, it would be too easy 🤪 but don’t be hard on yourself, you have conscience of what you doing first, and that’s great! Keep going 💪🏻 or take a break and breath if you feeling down 💪🏻 Just take care of yourself and do what make you feel great ☀️xx
