Thank you. Despite staying under my RDI today, I imagine I’ll go up tomorrow just because I had ICE CREAM.🍦 😊 Today I say it’s worth it but tomorrow I may feel differently.

It’s unusual for me to drop that much in a day. Gain it, sure, but I typically lose much slower. I have been at a plateau for quite some time now and have been switching up my meals and exercise, so maybe that jumpstarted my weight loss a bit. I haven’t had another drop so I don’t think it’s something to expect at all regularly.
