Holidays are over so it’s time to face the damage. I put the weight on in two weeks; I’m hoping to have it off in four - so by February 1, 2021. Clean, portion controlled, mindful eating and honest tracking.
119.2 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
