WOW is all I can say. I did not think i was going to lose weight at all this week. Not that I ate badly but I had a few week moments and chocolate took over. I mean I was possessed.LOL But i ate extra well yesterday and I wasnt even going to weigh in today but i was feeling "thinnish". So this week Im going to strive to eat very well. Imgoing to try doing a modified phase 2. one piece of fruit a day, maybe at the end of the week, bring in 2 pieces. I also took another readers advice and Im laying off the salt shaker. Could be helping.
