WOW is all I can say. I did not think i was going to lose weight at all this week. Not that I ate badly but I had a few week moments and chocolate took over. I mean I was possessed.LOL
But i ate extra well yesterday and I wasnt even going to weigh in today but i was feeling "thinnish". So this week Im going to strive to eat very well.
Imgoing to try doing a modified phase 2. one piece of fruit a day, maybe at the end of the week, bring in 2 pieces.
I also took another readers advice and Im laying off the salt shaker. Could be helping.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You have the perfect attitude for starting phase 2. Only adding one fruit or complex grain at first is the way the book suggests you start. You'll have great results, I'm sure.
