Long weekend get away with lots of celebratory meals and wine for family birthdays etc.; did my exercise when I could and ran one day for 30 mins, was nervous to on the scale this morning but pleasantly Surprised and happy considering everything I ate and drank the last 4 days! Happy Monday friends!
