started TOM so thinking binging and that are the ultimate combo for gaining very serious water weight. this has been an awful scare for me to scare me straight. I've been not feeling like I'm losing even though the scale said i had been but now that I've literally seen a huge gain over night where clothes don't fit anymore and i look bigger i know i did lose a lot and i did look so much slimmer....its like i forgot how i looked heavier and this was a reminder
