I just finished my workout. For May, I’m only getting 2-3 heavy lifting days a week. The other days are moving, lifting, and pushing heavy furniture and cleaning as its Spring cleaning time and I own a cleaning business. On work days, that’s enough I hope. Can’t add another home workout, afraid of injury. Push it g!! I know you can and will!!💪🏻💪🏻
