Not much of a loss, upping my calories to 1300 for my 4 hour window of eating during fasting. I had about 1000 yesterday and was feeling weak and low energy.. I might eliminate a cup of quinoa and brown rice at lunch with my fish depending on how I feel by lunch. So that will knock off 150-200 from 1300.. I don’t know right now. Fasting for 20 hours is tough on the 4th day now. I only plan on doing it till Sunday and Monday will from probably 630pm to 1030am . Then it will be 16:8 hr. Fast.
