I am so frustrated right now. I roasted a whole head of broccoli and cauliflower with a half onion on both. After a bit of research the onions are loaded with carbs, and the broccoli has a lot of carbs as well. I’ve been really good about my carb intake now this little throw in the mix makes me frustrated. I guess I’ll fish the onions out of the cauliflower and just throw the broccoli and onions away!! 😞
