Its been really hard lately, I have been experiencing my monthly womanly problems, oh joy, coupled with the stress of the 4th, and personal issues that I am having right now, it just makes it look like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I have tried to keep positive, but its so hard when everything in my life is so negative right now.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
