I’m overwhelmed and so proud of myself. The past two weeks I have been diligent and super conscious of what I eat and the calories. I start to exercise by walking up and down 10
Flights of steps in my office fire stairwell at least two times each day and it’s FINALLY proving itself worth it!
111.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
