New bull calf born today. Was busy getting him up, getting him to nurse off the cow..No need to go to the gym today! WHEW! Went walking after dinner tonight..a few miles logged onto the sneakers...felt pretty good about the days events. My knee has been grumbling (loudly) but I keep telling it and ME, this is for our own good...less weight on it, means better on the joints..and I'll FEEL better....Thanks to all my buddies for giving me advice! Your AWESOME
