slowly but surely I'm getting back to the "diet" program. Exercise is a daily thing for me, and it frustrates me to see small weight loses..Oh well..slow and steady wins the race.
280.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 135.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
