Back to work yesterday -
I had a salad with ranch and rotisserie chicken with ranch dressing -
I had chicken and broccoli stir fried along with diet soda , water -
I had a bunch fluids yesterday -
The salt in food has been bothering me a lot so cutting down on that also -
