What a great year it has been so far! I am completely healthy, on track to being much healthier. Down almost 30 pounds in just under 2 months, consisting of daily trips to the gym for both cardio and strength training, as well as a complete reduction and even eradication of sugar, carbs, and processed foods from my diet. The adventure has been much easier than anticipated and definitely much more pleasurable than I would have ever imagined it would be. I can confidently say that I love working out every day and I love these new and healthy choices in my life. I’m empowered and feeling much more confident than I ever have. Quitting smoking in december has also been revolutionary, I haven’t looked back at all! Life is great! Full Joy it!

Thanks! I quit cold turkey, I find that’s the best and easiest way. People just need to stay real with themselves and the journey equates to being much smoother.

👍🏻 A person has to honestly want to quit. Like be DONE with it. I’m glad you reached that point!

I am feeling exactly the same way today, although really having only killed the Carbs/Refined and Sugar 11 days ago. Reducing the insulin immediately cuts the cravings and the endless "need for something else". In 11 days I have saved a small fortune by driving PAST Starbucks. Here's to US! CHEERS.

Getting rid of the sugar and processed carbs keeps me from always wanting more. What a vicious circle those two things trap me in.
