I read yesterday that you should weigh in the morning so I weighed in the morning..I won't weigh in again until next Monday so hopefully I will see a nice drop!
240.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always weigh in the morning and just in my underware. I was discouraged about a very small loss last week, but I have tried to stay on the WOE strictly. I know that I don't eat enough calories, but I will just have to keep trying. Also, let's try to remember that weight loss fluctuates - so...some good weeks and some not so great!
