Hurray! Another week, another pound. Well, 1.3 pounds, to be exact. And I wasn't expecting to lose at all this week, because I overate a bit here and there throughout the week.
But I'm not going to use these results as an excuse to overeat again this week. Nope, back on track to my four main rules:
1) eat mostly whole foods. 2) eat only when truly hungry 3) stop eating when satisfied. 4) exercise!!!
I made some millet last night. It's interesting. Not sure if I really like it yet, but I'm going to mix it with some beans and vegetables for lunch today and see if that helps with the flavor.

I have not tried Millet. There are so few grains and seeds I can eat and I hate to buy something that ends up being a bust. :) I do recommend Quinoa, however. I like the taste and it is very high in protein so it fills you up. :)

Quinoa is really great, too. Tastes so much better than I thought and I like it better than brown rice. I love your four main rules. Definitely rules to live by! Congrats on the weight loss, too! Every ounce gets us closer to goal. ... Oops, just saw another poster also recommends quinoa, too : ) Must mean you need to try it!
