Note to self - weigh in today was a gift! Can't believe I didn't gain. One word - twizzlers! Oh my gosh - I have no self control around licorice of any kind.... Today I will need to get extra workout in and drink LOTS of water - worried that it might all catch up with me tomorrow. Made orange chicken last night with rice so yesterday was a very high day. Also had a very difficult day with my teenager which ALWAYS leads to me stress eating... Anyway - yesterday was filled with sedentary activities like paperwork, computer work and decluttering kitchen! Four bags to salvation army. Things are progressing with house purchase so I have 16 years of decluttering to do over next couple of months!

That's what I call "a day of grace." For me they are far and in between. :-) You will soon break below 149 which will probably intensify the downtrend. Keep up the good work Megan, you are doing great!

I am a junkaholic and any kind of candy is bad!! Some days I win the self control battle and some days not so much. I don't envy your trying to weed out sixteen years of stuff. I may have to do the same in a couple of years. I have a teenager too and know they can stress you out big time. Just take one day at a time and remember to count to ten before reaching for that snack or dealing with teenagers.
