Argh! I was 0.5 lb lighter for most of the week, but I gained it back on weigh-in day! Typical!
Anyway, just incase you're starting to doubt this diet, please don't - it has has worked for me before, and it's currently working for my boyfriend, who has lost 8.5 lb in two weeks!
