39 pounds gone gooood mornin fs..was gonna wait till i hit the 40 pounds gone but couldnt wait..lol..went for my mornin ride..wasnt a fast one today..just a ride..i guess a thinkin ride is what it was..thought about last week when i hit 300.4 an then celebrated with food..wrong thing for me to do..took me 4 days to get my mistake back in order once again..usually it takes 6-7..todays ride was just a ride..was just tryin to get an hour in and get back home where its warm..a cool or cold 58..had to layer up this morning..thats half the battle of going for a morning ride..never fails i can use the bathroom..get layered up..get to the door an have the urge..its like i guess your gonna have to wait...

HAH! Me too! My wife kept teasing me so I had to get new pants. 40's! Without a belt to hold them up! Who'd of thunk! Today, I wore a dress shirt and slacks to work (tucked in!). Haven't done that in 10-15 years! I have been buying dri-weave shirts and having my wife sew an Army patch on so I look business-casual and stay dry. But now, at 268, I'm not sweating to death, the drop from 6x to 2x shirts has just been phenomenal! I applaud you and all others like us that have made the "jump" to this alternate reality!

my jean size was 46 this time when i restarted workin off the weight last of april...im down to a 40 an even those are baggy..i was in a 2x tshirt..down to an xl..cant wear a nice button shirt as i use to work out in a gym an my upper arms are tight in the sleeves now...yes!!!!..its a great feeling to pass along to others how they to can change to a better lifestyle an a healthier one as well..

ty lizzy..when i use to walk, i always had music playin in my ears..but i had alot of thinking walks..now its passed over to the thinking rides...with music still playin..lol
