Weight is stuck. Mr. C has arrived and slowing down progress. Did manage to get my spinning class for an hour done yesterday at noon before i got busy with 6-hrs of non-stop lectures. For breakfast 1 made a quick 1-egg omelet with peppers and cheese, and a veggie ham slice--which then later came to haunt me! I kept feeling nauseous all day long and I dunno if it was from the egg or ham, or both..For lunch i had my homemade greek salad with feta and lemon vinaigrette. And then for snack, a string cheese. Dinner was surprisingly simple and delicious!! I made a tofu noodle fettucini--tofu noodle (2c), pesto dry mix (3c), olive oil, parmesan (2c) and goat cheese (2c)--it tasted like the real thing and only 9 carbs!!
