I think my scale is broken .... but I hope not!
Only a .9kg gain? I was such a bad, bad girl. I expected a 3 or 4kg gain. Please, please, let my weigh in be a true reflection ...
199.5 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
